Ginger and Penelope are siblings.  Penelope came from Harrison with her siblings.   She is very timid.  She has improved since being in foster care but she still doesn’t trust enough to be handled.  She is in foster with her sibling Ginger.  She runs and plays with Ginger but she still is always a foot away watching , when Ginger interacts with her foster.  If you would be interested in adopting Penelope with Ginger, her fee has been sponsored.  They would probably be better off with an experienced cat owner.  If interested, fill out an application at EHRcats.org.
