Penelope came from Harrison with her siblings. She is very timid, but still enjoys playtime. She has improved since being in foster care, and is very affectionate once she warms up. Penelope loves to hang out with her friends, and would thrive in a home with other cats. Penelope's adoption fee has been generously sponsored by her loving foster.
