Meet Buddy. This sweet 5-year-old Lab/Cattle Dog mix has been through a lot, but his loving heart has never changed. Buddy was rescued from Georgia after very sadly losing his human mom to cancer in 2024. His dad, now working long hours to get by, knew he couldn’t give Buddy the time and attention he deserves and begged our rescue partner to help find him a wonderful new home. Thanks to that act of love, Buddy is now safe with Eleventh Hour Rescue in New Jersey and ready for a fresh start.

Despite the changes in his life, Buddy remains a happy, gentle, and well-adjusted boy. He gets along beautifully with all people, loves kids, and is great with other dogs and even cats. He truly is an all-around great dog who just wants to be part of a family again. Buddy is hoping for a home where he can be loved, spoiled, and cherished the way he deserves.
