This little girl is named Penny and she is one very lucky penny indeed to be coming to Eleventh Hour Rescue! She comes from a situation in a rural area which is overcrowded with dogs and where there isn't enough food for them to eat. The owner is willing to surrender Penny so that she may have a better life here in NJ.
