Phineas is a 3-year-old, 20 lb mystery mix arriving from Georgia with his brother, Ferb, and he’s as charming as they come. While we’re not quite sure what breeds make up Phineas, we do know he’s a small, cute, and unique little guy with a great personality. He’s energetic, fun, playful, and very sweet, and he does well with both people and other dogs. Phineas is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines, and he’s ready to find a loving home of his own.
