Meet Nelson – A Spirited Pup with a Heart Full of Love and Zoomies! ❤️

Nelson' s journey began in East Texas, where he and his littermates were surrendered to a local shelter. Covered in fleas and matted from head to toe, these little ones were in desperate need of care and comfort. Thankfully, our Texas rescue partner stepped in just in time to give them the second chance they deserve.

Believed to be a Poodle-Pekingese mix, Nelson is the perfect blend of spunky and sweet. He’s incredibly playful. He is about 3 months and weighs 7 lbs. 

Now in a loving foster home with other dogs, Nelson is thriving and learning how great life can be when you're safe and cared for. He gets along well with his furry foster siblings and would do well in a home with another playful pup—or as your one-and-only adventure buddy.

If you're looking for a fun-loving, loyal companion with a resilient heart and endless energy, Nelson may just be your perfect match.

Nelson is microchipped, current on his vaccines and his adoption fee is $495.
