All you need to provide is the love and patience to help him sparkle. PIRATA'S STORY: Pirata is a 1-year old pup weighing about 70 lbs. His name is Spanish for pirate. Now, as far as we know, Pirata doesn’t have any nautical expertise, but he does have the adventurous spirit of a pirate. Wanna take a ride? Pirata is up for it! Wanna go for a walk? Count him in! Wanna good snuggle? Pirata is your boy! Sadly, Pirata and his brother were dumped by the backyard breeder who created them. Ever since, this sweet boy has been in search of love and commitment. Is he a lot? Sometimes, but in the way your little brother is a lot. Well-meaning and energetic, he just wants to tag along and play. But we dare you not to fall in love with this sweet, silly boy who adores everyone he meets! He's also very smart! Pirata knows several commands like "sit," "touch," "down," and "wait," impressing everyone with his quick learning abilities. Pirata is both house trained and crate trained. He enjoys other dogs and plays nicely but may be best suited as an only dog-child in a home. Pirata has spent much of his young life in our kennel. While we shower him with as much attention and love as we can, we know this is not the place for a vibrant young dog in the prime of his life. Pirata needs a real home and all that comes with it. He needs you. We could not love this boy more and we know you will too. Please give this smart, sweet, goofy guy the opportunity for his best life!
