Pirate and his sibling’s found themselves homeless with a sad outlook for their future.  Thankfully a good human saw the litter, begged a rescue to help and the siblings were thankfully  saved.  They  made their way to NJ  from The BVI and have been patiently waiting for their furever family to bring them home .  Pirate is such a cutie!  He is super sweet and a bit of a low-rider.  He's 4 months old, 12 lbs currently, crate trained and working on housetraining. Island pups are called Potcakes, which are mixed breed dogs originating in the Caribbean Islands.  The appearance can vary, but in general they usually have short, smooth coats with little to no undercoat,  If you are interested in giving Pirate furever family, please visit  www.ehrdogs.org  to fill out an application, and don't forget to choose Pirate Bean!
