Meet Pepper and Bella (formerly known as Salt) — an inseparable bonded pair who have spent their entire lives together and are now looking for their true forever home.

These two sweethearts were originally found dumped on a rural road in Georgia, and while they were quickly adopted, they’re now being returned through no fault of their own — their owner is simply no longer able to care for them.

Pepper and Bella are both around 10 years old and appear to be adorable Chiweenies — a Chihuahua and Dachshund mix. Bella is the petite white beauty, and Pepper has gorgeous brindle coloring. They are both incredibly sweet, gentle, and loving girls who adore attention and will happily curl up on your lap for snuggles.

They are house trained, crate trained, and friendly with all people and dogs. Because they’ve spent their lives side by side, they must be adopted together — they truly are each other’s comfort and family.

Pepper and Bella will make wonderful companions for anyone looking to open their heart to two affectionate little ladies. They are being surrendered along with a third dog named Belle.
