Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our wonderful dogs and supporting Eleventh Hour Rescue.

Please complete only one application, regardless of the number of animals you are willing to adopt in our organization.
If you are approved, your approval is acceptable for all of our animals.

* If you have applied with, or adopted from us, over 6 months ago, that approval has expired.  Please complete a new application.

Once your application is approved an adoption specialist will contact you with the status of the dog you applied for.  

Keep in mind that the dog you apply for may already have several applications submitted and may no longer be available at the
time you receive your approved status.  If the dog you applied for is not a good fit or is no longer available we are more than happy
to work with you to find an amazing dog that best fits your lifestyle and family.
