Bluetick Coonhound / Mixed : : Male : : Baby
Hi, my name is January, but my foster family calls me Toby. I look very much like a pure blue-tick coonhound and at 13 weeks I weigh in at around 16lbs. I will be a bigger boy, I have long legs and big feet, and will grow to maybe about 80lbs. I LOVE to play with things that crackle (i.e. an empty water bottle toy). And I also try to go potty on the wee-wee pads as much as I can... I don't really like it outside right now! It is a lot colder than it was in Georgia!! I am staying with my two sisters while my other 3 brothers are with another foster family... I am the man of the house! The "no" command is coming along nicely and my foster family is trying to teach me that my mouth and teeth only chew on toys, not arms or fingers (wink). Please fill out an application on me today! I have gorgeous puppy dog eyes that will melt your heart!
FROM SENDING RESCUE: January's mother, a Bluetick Coonhound, was found pregnant and in a starved state on a hiking trail way out in the mountains. The couple that found the mother took her to a local rescue where she had six pups, one of which is January.
January is a sweet pup who is up to date with his puppy vaccines and now needs a loving home to go to. If you think that you would like to give January his home, please fill out an application on him today.
